Chris Choi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), joined Mom’s Meals in 2014 and has served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer prior to being promoted to CEO in 2023. In his current role, Chris leads Mom’s Meals’ overall growth strategy and supports our teams in fulfilling our mission of improving life through better nutrition at home.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Chris served in a variety of investing and operating roles that involved building high-growth companies, particularly in health care. He was a private equity investor at Serent Capital and Apax Partners. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Educasia, an online education company in Asia, and was strategy consultant in the health care practice at McKinsey & Company.
Chris graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics. He also previously served on the boards of Cardon Healthcare and C2 Education and coached his children’s youth hockey teams.
His favorite Mom’s Meal menu item is Salisbury steak because it combines great comfort-food taste with good nutritional balance.
