Ken Stanford, Vice President, Production, joined Mom’s Meals in 2024. In this role, he is responsible for oversite of three United States Department of Agriculture inspected ready-to-eat food production facilities. This includes managing operating costs, meal production capacities, budgeting and planning for staffing requirements and capital improvements.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Ken held Vice President of Operations roles at Parker Food Group and Dawn Food Products. He has also held progressive leadership roles with Frito Lay.
Ken received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Binghamton University.
His favorite Mom’s Meals menu item is cheese lasagna with marinara because it reminds him of Sunday dinners growing up.
